<p>The geometry and size of an object is measured using the laser, and the results are stored in a databank which is integrated into the measuring apparatus. The measurements are shown to the user through a display (B). Annotations relating to the measured object can be added to the saved measurement data using a keyboard (C). A data interface (D) allows data to be transferred to an external apparatus, such as a personal computer.</p> |
