PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flywheel magnet rotor wherein a gripping piece is prevented from protruding from the end face of the cylindrical portion of a flywheel, the amount of materials used for forming the flywheel can be reduced, and the leakage of magnetic flux is prevented. SOLUTION: A permanent magnet 3 whose surface is covered with a magnet case 2 is disposed on the inner circumference of the cylindrical portion 1a of the flywheel 1. The magnet 3 is fixed on the cylindrical portion 1a through the magnet case 2 by the gripping piece 4 provided by machining part of the cylindrical portion 1a of the flywheel 1. The gripping piece 4 is provided on the cylindrical portion 1a, in such a position that the gripping piece does not go beyond the end face of the cylindrical portion 1a on the opening side. The extended portion 2a of the magnet case 2 is fixed on the cylindrical portion 1a by the gripping piece 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
