PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate stress applied to a player by increasing current flowing through a stator coil in the case of starting driving of a stepping motor to improve a driving torque higher than a prescribed driving torque at a stationary time so as to smoothly start a belt. SOLUTION: In the case of performing driving control by the stepping motor 118 in a ballot machine 300 applied with belt driving type varying parts 350A, 350B and 350C, power voltage VM2 larger than stationary power voltage VM1 is applied in the case of starting the stepping motor 118, thereby the current in the case of starting is increased to improve the torque. This torque up eliminates a starting mistake resulting from the expansion ratio etc. of a belt 114, so that the belt driving type varying parts 350A, 350B and 350C can smoothly be driven.
