PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and reliably find out, at an inspection after installation, that a flooring sticks into a hot water pipe of a floor heating panel when fixing the flooring. SOLUTION: A flowing space 42 opening on outer surface of a barrel part 32 driven into the floor heating panel 10 and end face of a head part 34 formed on one end of the barrel part 32 is formed on a flooring fixed spike 40 from the barrel part 32 to the head part 34. When the barrel part 32 penetrated through the flooring 20 sticks into the hot water pipe 16, inside of the hot water pipe 16 and an exposing part of the head part 34 on the flooring 20 are communicated through the flowing space 42, and accordingly, fluid inside the hot water pipe 16 can leak from the head part 34. Thus, at the inspection after fixing of the flooring 20, a broken hole of the hot water pipe 16 by the flooring fixed spike 40 can be detected. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
