The testing device has at least one antenna (1a,1b,1c) with one or more reception coils, for reception of magnetic AC fields provided by the loudspeakers, the received signals fed to an analysis unit, for analysis of the signal components in the loudspeaker transmission range, for providing an output indicating the functionality of the loudspeakers.
