PURPOSE: A structure of a cap having a spout supporting portion for receiving a spout is provided to conduct both sucking and discharging of contents in a container by inserting a spout of a straw type into a spout supporting portion. CONSTITUTION: The cap(1) includes a top portion(2) and a side portion(3). A spout supporting portion(4) projecting upward is formed at one region of the top portion(2). A cutting film(6) marked in a cut line(6) is formed on the upper end of a spout insert hole(5) within the spout supporting portion(4). The cap(1) having the spout supporting portion(4) is coupled to the upper side of a container(200) for containing contents. A spout(100) of a straw type is attached to the container(200). The spout(100) has an outer diameter of such a degree that is contactable to the spout insert hole(5) from which the cutting film(6) of the spout supporting portion(4) is removed when inserted thereinto.
