Motor vehicle transmission with multi-disc clutch

The drive train has a lamella clutch which can be engaged and disengaged, provided with a lamella carrier (2,6) with a cylinder section (8) having axial slots (9) and ribs (10) in alternation around its periphery and a disc at one axial end of the lamella carrier, coupling it with a hub. The lamella carrier has axial openings (13) at one end for receiving corresponding teeth of the disc, a second set of disc teeth cooperating with a retaining ring fitted around the outside of the lamella carrier.
