The climate control system has a coolant header and a coolant return connected to pipelines (10) which for heat exchange with the ceiling are in thermal contact with ceiling exchange faces directed towards the ceiling and spaced therefrom to allow radiating heat exchange. Independent claim describes ceiling element (4) with an accessory part having upwardly directed exchange faces in thermal contact with the first pipeline section (13) whilst substantially decoupled thermally from the base plate (2) whose underneath forms the room exchange face.
