Implantable transducer for hearing systems and method for adjusting the frequency response of such a transducer

The transducer has a dynamic transducer part with a multifunctional connecting unit forming a connection relative to a static transducer part. The connecting unit has one function of forming a support for the dynamic transducer part and a hermetically sealed transducer housing (11). The unit has mechanical properties selected to achieve a set frequency response for the transducer. A permanent magnet arrangement vibrates in the direction of an axis of a ring coil arrangement. An Independent claim is also included for a method for tuning the frequency response of an implantable, electromagnetic hearing aid transducer.
