PURPOSE: A base plate and a driving apparatus thereof are provided to reduce time taken to prepare components and prevent mixture of components by accommodating components to a circular base plate attached with labels of work priority, quantity, component code, component name and type. CONSTITUTION: A base plate(10) is arranged on a work table such that the base plate accommodates a plurality of components in accordance with a work priority so as to prevent erroneous mounting of components during assembly. The base plate has a plurality of component accommodating portions(38) for accommodating components by types. The base plate has an upper component information label attachment surface(40) on which a label(48) for indicating component information so as to prevent erroneous injection of components.
