<p>The training device comprises an elongated body (1) which a user rotates around its longitudinal axis. The body is provided with two spaced apart handgrips (4a,4b) which enclose it along specific parts of it. Between both hand grips is a central part (6) provided with a fixture (7) with which a flexible and elongated tractive force transmitting component (8) is fixed, such as a line, cord, chain or belt. This permits the suspension of a weight (9) on the elongated body. The central part of the body receives the tractive force transmitting component when with rotation of the body it is wound around it.</p> |
