PURPOSE: An electronic document integration management system and method is provided to collect all the electronic documents generated within a company and to store them at a database connected to an electronic document server. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user PC(100), an electronic document management server(200) and a network(300). The user PC(100) installs office programs like a word processor or a spreadsheet for making electronic documents. The electronic document management server(200) allows the user to use office programs for making the electronic documents, and makes the completed electronic documents be stored at a database(210). The network(300) connects the user PC(100) to the electronic document management server(200).
