PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing the vibrational speaker unit by using both end insertion mould is provided to improve the vibrational transmission force as well as to reduce the manufacturing time and the working process by not utilizing the adhesive during the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the vibrational speaker unit by using both end insertion mould is characterized in that the spring is attached by using the both ends or the multi ends insertion moulding. The spring connects the vibrational speaker unit to the yoke(600). And, the method improves the connection intensity and the durability of the spring.
