PURPOSE: Provided is a toothbrush having a projecting and movable outlet for effectively discharging toothpaste on hair of the toothbrush by making the outlet freely move over the hair and having a simple pumping compression configuration. CONSTITUTION: The toothbrush comprises an annular coupling groove(4) inside a passage(3); a spiral coupler(12) having a threshold(10) in the middle of the passage(3); a discharging tube(5) having an outer projection; and a valve support(9) with a bending part(10) on the discharging tube(5). The toothbrush has a ball valve(8), a stem(15) having an inner projection(17) and another annular coupling groove(18), and a pumping tube(19) having an annular threshold(20) on rear side of the stem(15) and an inhalation device(21) at the opposite side.
