PURPOSE: A warning sound generating device of a vehicle is provided to store and exchange various sound sources through the device by making warning sounds or operation sounds generated in operating electronic systems for controlling the vehicle not from each electronic system but from one unified warning sound generating device and to apply users' individuality to the warning and operation sounds by freely selecting a kind of the sounds to users' desires. CONSTITUTION: A warning sound generating device of a vehicle is composed of an input unit(340) for receiving various sounds; a storage unit(310) for storing the sounds input through the input unit; an operating unit(350) for selecting and setting the sounds stored in the storage unit; a sound source generating unit(30) for DSP(Digital Sound Processor)-processing and amplifying the sounds stored in the storage unit; a united warning unit(370) for outputting an output signal of the sound source generating unit and generating the sound; a control unit(330) for outputting the sound stored in the storage unit to the sound source generating unit by receiving a warning signal generated from electronic systems of the vehicle and controlling each unit to the operation of the operating unit; and a display unit(320) for displaying working states of the control unit.
