发明名称 PLASMA REACTOR USING BUILT-IN DIELECTRIC CATALYTIC ELECTRODE AND METHOD FOR ELIMINATING HARMFUL GAS USING THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are a plasma reactor using built-in dielectric catalytic electrode and a method for eliminating harmful gas using thereof which are able to decrease electrical loss from an electrode causing the corona discharge and provide a maximum energy saving effect and maximum reduction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: The plasma reactor comprises a catalytic electrode(10) manufactured by folding two pieces of ceramic dielectric substance(11,12) to stably generate non thermal plasma and a spacer(20) capable of controlling a space of electrode by controlling the number of flat board dielectric substance being layered, wherein the upper dielectric substance(11) of the catalytic electrode is coated with a direct catalyst the same as the inner electrode is to organically connect the non thermal plasma generating device and the catalytic reactor. The harmful gas is eliminated by applying an electric current to the non thermal plasma generating device and catalytic reactor of the plasma reactor to simultaneously generate a non thermal plasma reaction of dissolving harmful gas into radicals and a catalytic reaction of generating desired substances from the dissolved radicals.
