PURPOSE: A duplexer filter by using a film bulk acoustic resonator is provided to drastically reduce the size thereof by forming the duplexer filter on a single package, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A duplexer filter by using a film bulk acoustic resonator includes a reception bandpass filter(123), a transmission bandpass filter(122), a plurality of inductors(125), a plurality of capacitors(126) and a phase shifter(124). The duplexer filter further includes a package, a ground line and a signal line. The package packages the chip. The ground line is formed on the package contacted with the chip so as to ground the chip. And, the signal line is formed on the package connected to the chip so as to the signal of the chip to the substrate. |
