PURPOSE: A unit for coping with a traffic accident is provided to easily cope with the record preservation of the traffic accident spot and examination of the traffic accident by quickly using a search set if the traffic accident occurs. CONSTITUTION: A unit(A) for coping with a traffic accident comprises a search set(C) in a case part(B) to cope with the traffic accident. The case part comprises an upper case(11) and a lower case(12). A locking part is formed to the upper and lower cases. The upper case is made of a transparent material. A tray(14) is fitted into the lower case. The tray has receiving grooves(15) each corresponding to the shape of the search set comprising a camera(31), a spray(32), a writing implement(33), accident record paper(34), a lantern(35), and an emergency medical kit(36). The search set is received in the receiving groove. A fire extinguisher(37) is detachably fixed to the outside of the case part.
