PURPOSE: A device for preventing a seat belt from being twisted is provided to improve wearing comfort and to offer convenience to a passenger by supporting and rotating the seat belt and always spreading the seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A seat belt includes a first seat belt(100a) wound around a retractor, a second seat belt(100b) connected to a fixing bracket(500), and a third seat belt(100c) installed between the first and second seat belts. Rotary members(300,310) connect the first and second seat belts to the third seat belt rotatably. The seat belt passes through a tongue plate(400). Tongues are formed at both ends of the tongue plate so that the seat belt is coupled to a buckle.
