PURPOSE: A head lining finishing mechanism of a sunroof for a vehicle is provided to prevent a head lining from being damaged in repairing the sunroof by inserting and fixing a sunroof frame with a lock clip and to improve the strength for the inner periphery of a mounting hole of the head lining. CONSTITUTION: A head lining finishing mechanism for combining and finishing a head lining(2) and a frame(1) of a sunroof is composed of a square frame(10) formed along the inner edge of a mounting hole of the sunroof formed at the head lining with having predetermined flexibility and a plurality of lock clips(20) mounted along the outer periphery of the frame and inserted and fixed with the sunroof frame extended into the mounting hole of the head lining. The head lining finishing mechanism finishes the head lining by combining one side of the frame to the inner periphery of the head lining and then bending and fitting other sides of the frame to the correspondent parts of the inner periphery of the head lining.
