PURPOSE: A call method of a cordless terminal in a key phone system is provided to allow a user to make a call connection while moving within a certain distance under a call control by a computer. CONSTITUTION: When a call signal is received through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network)(S411), an MPB(Main Process Board) simultaneously sends a call setup message to a cordless terminal and a computer(S413,S415). The cordless terminal rings and the computer displays a pop-up message(S417). When a user checks the pop-up message and responds thereto, a response event is generated and provided to the MPB(S419). The MPB sends a response message to a WTIB(Wireless Terminal Interface Board)(S421). The WTIB converts the response message to a full paging message and sends it to the cordless terminal(S422). The cordless terminal checks contents of the full paging message and generates a call open event(S423). The cordless terminal opens a traffic channel for user's communication(S425).
