PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solution having strong antioxidative power, a fiber product, a cosmetic, a food, etc.

SOLUTION: Fossil coral and citric acid are put into a solution tank and the air in the tank is pressurized (under 2-3 atmospheric pressure) and minus voltage (from 1,000 volt to 2,500 volt) is applied to the interior of the tank. Thereby, the fossil coral is dissolved therein to provide the solution. The solution component is impregnated or attached to a fiber, feather, a wall paper, etc. The food, the cosmetic, an agricultural material, a soil-improving agent, a water quality-improving agent, a softening agent for washing, a bathing agent, a nonwoven paper, etc., each containing the solution component are also provided.
