PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of detection of winding by detecting winding completion of a package without the usage of a contact or non-contact sensor, and to enhance efficiency for coping with failure by detecting winding failure of the package. SOLUTION: This film feeding device is provided with a film tray for housing a photosensitive film packed by the light shielding package. The package of the photosensitive film housed on the film tray is wound by a winding member. The winding member is driven by a winding motor. The film feeding device is equipped with a drive part for driving the winding motor and detecting a current value of the winding motor, a control part for determining a winding condition of the package based on the current value detected by the drive part, and an informing part for informing the winding condition based on the winding condition determined by the control part.
