PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save resources by recycling and to contribute to environmental problem by effectively using a plastic part of a used chopping board with a core finishing to function as a chopping board and reusing the core part to reduce the opportunity to discard a used article and to burn it. SOLUTION: This chopping board renewal method includes: a first process of collecting used chopping board and removing used plastic chopping board material remaining on the surface, the back and the sides to collect the core material part; a second process of sticking or stacking a new plastic chopping board material on the surface and the back of the collected core material part; and a third process of sticking a new plastic chopping board material on the sides of the core material part where the new chopping board material is stuck or stacked on the surface and the back.
