PURPOSE: An electrophoresis display device is provided to limit an emission range of a light emitted from the first substrate of a reflective light reflected from the second electrode or a reflective electrode, thereby realizing high brightness by enabling a bright display in front direction of an observer. CONSTITUTION: The first substrate(1) and the second substrate(2) are disposed at certain intervals. An insulating solvent(5) is disposed between the two substrates(1,2). Electrified particles(6) are distributed inside the insulating solvent(5). The first electrode(3) is disposed on the first substrate(1) functioning as an observer. The second electrode(4) is disposed on the opposing second substrate(2), and has a concavo-convex reflection function. The first electrode(3) is located in a position corresponding to a concave portion of a concavo-convex structure of the second electrode(4).
