FIELD: analog computer engineering; fuzzy logic system construction and analog signal processing. SUBSTANCE: proposed analog flip-flop designed for instant storage of analog signal in continuous numerical range from zero to unity, including fractional value, that has four multipath and three single-path gates is provided in addition with threshold element and normalizer; first multipath gate is built around maximum of two circuit, second one, around maximum-of-three circuit, third and fourth multipath gates, around minimum-of-two circuit, and single-path gates use add-to-one circuit arrangement.
