PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avert the generation of a prying phenomenon due to offset and thereby, ensure high-precision molding of a shape. SOLUTION: A roll 11 is installed in the way that it is rotatable around its own pivotal axis and transferable axially and transferred in the axial direction by imparting an axial force to the position of a pivotal axis of the roll 11 by a displacement member 34 to be displaced in the same direction as the axial direction of the roll 11.
