PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizing apparatus which solves the following problems that, in a deodorizing apparatus for discharging odor to the outside of a store through a duct, the construction cost for arranging the duct is so much and the duct arranged by construction is not easily removed, so as to damage the outer appearance in the store and to become an obstacle. SOLUTION: Turbulence is generated in the upper space of an air curtain generated by air containing deodorizing gas which is blown out from the blow-out ports 19 of air blow-out pipes 4, 5, deodorizing gas contained in the air is mixed with the odor of Japanese hotchpotch F, and then, the odor is eliminated. Consequently, the odor of the Japanese hotchpotch F is deodorized without being discharged to the outer part of a space enclosed by the air curtain. The deodorizing apparatus does not need to have the duct, so that a large scale of construction is not needed, and installation is achieved at a low cost. The apparatus is put away together with the pot of Japanese hotchpotch, and easily and completely removed. Thus, the peripheral appearance of an arrangement part is not damaged when the apparatus is not used, and also disturbance is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
