PURPOSE: Transmission lever assembling structure of a floor console is provided to remove a clearance between the console of a floor panel and an automatic transmission lever caused by inferior production and assembling, and to achieve a color tone of high quality. CONSTITUTION: In transmission lever assembling structure of a floor console(2), a bezel(10) is assembled to the edge of an automatic transmission lever(4) combined to the floor console. Plural hook parts(12), elastically supporting the bottom surface of the floor console, are formed to the bottom surface of the edge of the bezel. An elastic part(18) having a depressed part(16) is formed between the hook parts and the upper end(14) of the bezel and the body of the bezel is elastically interposed between the floor console and the automatic lever.
