PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting device for an internal combustion engine capable of generating an ideal braking vibration even when the engine is in any operating condition. SOLUTION: The supporting device for the internal combustion engine is structured so that either of a positive pressure generated in or the atmospheric pressure introduced to the downstream of a compressor 14 in a suction passage 9 according to the operating condition of the internal combustion engine 2 and a negative pressure generated by a negative pressure pump 30 is supplied to a vibration control type supporting mechanism 3 in accordance with the vibration of the engine 2.
