<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive image forming material for an infrared laser laser, which is improved in the image forming property on a recording layer and which has excellent durability for printing and favorable stability in the sensitivity with respect to the concentration of a developer solution. <P>SOLUTION: The material is manufactured by forming a layer (A) containing a polymer compound soluble with an alkaline aqueous solution by ≥50 wt.% on a supporting body, applying a layer (B) containing a resin soluble with an alkaline aqueous solution and having a phenolic hydroxyl group by ≥50 wt.%, and drying the layer (B) by blowing high pressure air or by using a heating roll. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
