PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sureness of an operation control and the safety of an operator and a patient, which are concerns when a wireless communication is applied to an X-ray imaging system. SOLUTION: An X-ray generator 151 acquires identification information of a cassette 101 from an adapter 102 and transmits the identification of the cassette 101 along with the identification of the X-ray generator 151. When the cassette 101 determines that the identification information of the X-ray generator 151 is the information transmitted to the cassette 101 based on the identification information of the cassette 101, the cassette 101 makes the X-ray imaging with the X-ray generator executable based on the identification information of the X-ray generator 151.
