PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a high absorption performance for a long period, in a sound absorption panel 1, in which a porous plate 2 having a thousand of perforations 2' bored thereon and glass wools 6, 7, 8 as sound absorption materials layered and disposed on rear face sides thereof are provided, and which is disposed in an air passage 11 for flowing gas through the inside thereof to make the gas flow along the surface of the porous plate 2. SOLUTION: Between the porous plate 2 and the glass wools 6, 7, 8, a glass cloth 5 waved or knitted with glass fibers and a net 4 netting a mesh smaller than the perforations 2' on the porous plate 2 are inserted and laminated, so as to bring the glass cloth 5 into contact with the glass wools 6, 7, 8 and bring the net 4 into contact with the porous plate 2.
