PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk cartridge that can increase the recording capacity per unit volume to realize a compact and large capacity and is easy to take out and separate each of the disks set in the cartridge and also can reduce the cartridge profile when not in use. SOLUTION: A plurality of optical disks 1 and sheets 5 having magnets 6 are stacked and set inside a cartridge case 8. The space between the sides A of the sheets 5 are increased by the repulsion between the magnets 6 when taken out of the cartridge case 8 to use, and the space between the optical disks stacked in close contact with each other in the cartridge 7 are increased and the optical disks 1 are separated from each other.
