PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external skeletal fixation apparatus finely adjusting the attitude of a holding fixture to a rod and facilitating the operation of fixing the holding fixture to the rod. SOLUTION: This holding fixture for the external skeletal fixation is provided with a first member 111 movable in the first axis X direction and rotational around the first axis to the rod 101, a second member 112 rotational around a second axis to the first member, and a third member 113 rotational around a third axis to the second member and having a pin fixing means fixing a pin 102 to be introduced in a bone. At least, two operations out of a first fixing operation fixing the first member to the rod, a second fixing operation fixing the second member to the first member and a third fixing operation fixing the third member to the second member are simultaneously performed by a common fixing means 115.
