PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double floor structure capable of detachably fitting a cover to a panel with a simple and reliable structure, and as necessary, capable of freely opening and closing the cover. SOLUTION: In this double floor structure, a support part is disposed on a floor surface so as to form specified wiring passages, a plurality of panels are supported on the support part and orderly arranged at specified intervals, and a straight part cover and a crossing part cover are installed on upper sides of the wiring passages between side peripheral edges of the panels and between corner peripheral edges of the panels to generally flatten the upper surface thereof. The double floor structure comprises a hinge mechanism in which hinge parts having flexible bent parts and hinged parts are provided at the end and one side of the cover, hinged parts are provided on the panels at positions corresponding to the hinge parts, and the hinged parts of the cover are detachably engaged with the hinged parts of the panels so that the cover can be opened and closed by the bending of a bending part.
