PURPOSE: A method for controlling a boiler for manufacturing red ginseng liquid is provided to reduce power consumption and efficiently boil red ginseng by controlling a heating unit according to the variation of the outer temperature. CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor is installed at a boiler for manufacturing red ginseng liquid, and detects outer temperature. A heating unit is controlled according to the variation of the outer temperature.
