PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method are provided to achieve improved productivity by performing all procedures in a batch manner and minimizing defects. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) comprises a roll feed unit(2) including an installation rod(22), a rotating guide(23), and a tension sensor(24); a punch unit(3) including an upper mold(32), an index hole fixing member(33), and a lower mold(34); a metal dome attachment unit(4) including an attachment mold(41), a metal dome feeder, a metal dome loader, a guide plate, a conveyor(45), and a positioning member(461); a half cutting unit(5) including an upper mold(52), an index hole fixing member(53), and a lower mold(54); an inspection unit(6) including an upper plate(62), a lower plate(63), a discriminator, and a marker; a primary transfer unit(7) including a horizontal moving member(71), a latch type transfer member(72), and a pair of adhesive sheet fixing cylinder(73); a protective film attachment unit(8) including a transfer roller(82) and a protective film attachment roller(83); a removing unit(9) including a rod(92), a rotating guide, and a tension sensor(93); a secondary transfer unit(10) having the components same as those of the primary transfer unit; and a cutter unit(11) including an upper plate(110) and a support plate(120).
