PURPOSE: A chair with a movable seat back is provided to enable a user to feel a comfort when taking a seat. CONSTITUTION: A chair with a movable seat back comprises a tension unit and a support unit(30). The tension unit applies pressure to a seat back unit to move the seat back unit forward. The support unit is combined with the tension unit and supports the seat back unit from the upper side of the tension unit. The tension unit comprises a guide block(21) which is formed with an axis hole, a guide bracket(22) which has a space and is formed with a pair of long holes, and a spring(23) which pressurizes the guide block to the front of the seat back unit.
