<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve reduction in size and lower cost easily, by forming a capacitor for noise countermeasure equivalently with inner conductor layers of multilayer substrates on which components are mounted. <P>SOLUTION: In a switching power supply module comprising a switching power supply circuit formed on the multilayer substrates that are formed by stacking a plurality of conductor layers Z1 to Z4 via insulating layers, an electrode pattern 7b, which is connected to the primary side circuit of the switching power supply circuit, is provided on the inner conductor layer Z3 provided between the bottommost and the topmost layers of the multilayer substrates. Also, an electrode pattern 7a, which is connected to the secondary side circuit of the switching power supply circuit, is provided on the other inner conductor layer Z2 in such a way that at least a part of the pattern 7a faces the electrode patter 7b of the primary circuit side. The electrode pattern 7b of the primary circuit side and the electrode pattern 7a of the secondary circuit side constitute an equivalent capacitor by making the insulating layer between the electrode patterns 7a, 7b function as a dielectric for the capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
