PURPOSE: A device for removing impurities from an air filter of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to automatically remove impurities from an air filter as the impurities are attached to the air filter more than a predetermined degree. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing impurities from an air filter of a vehicle air conditioner includes an air filter(3) mounted in the middle of a blowing duct(1), an impurity removing unit(5) connected to the air filter, and an impurity suction unit(7) mounted to a lower end of the air filter. Pressure sensors(9,11) are provided before and after the air filter. The pressure sensors, an air conditioner operating switch(13), and a blowing control switch(15) are connected to an ECU(17) electrically, so that the impurity removing unit and the impurity suction unit are controlled by electric signals output from the ECU.
