PURPOSE: An apparatus for monitoring the discharge without permission of the untreated wastewater is provided to previously prevent the discharge without permission during the night or the rainy day, thereby preventing the pollution of the river. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for monitoring the discharge without permission of the untreated wastewater includes a drain pipe(11), a septic tank(20), a plurality of discharge pipes(30,31,32), a pair of auxiliary discharge pipes(35,37), a connection pipe(36), a recovery pipe(38), a water quality measurement device(40), a situation room(45), a first electronic valve(50), a second electronic value(52), a third electronic value(53), a pair of sample tanks(54,55), a pair of valves(56,57) and a storage tank(60). The sample tanks(54,55) are installed backside of the second and third electronic valves(52,53) for collecting the sample of wastewater. The sample tanks(54,55) are connected to the auxiliary discharge pipes(35,37) through the connection pipe(36). The connection pipe(36) is selectively connected to the auxiliary discharge pipes(35,37). The water quality measurement device(40) is connected to the situation room(45) to manage the water quality measurement status.
