PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display panel is provided to improve picture quality while reducing consumption power. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal display panel includes liquid crystal cells(32) respectively formed at intersections of gate lines(GLi,GLi+1,GLi+2,GLi+3) and data lines(DLk-1,DL,Dlk+1). Each of the liquid crystal cells includes a thin film transistor(TFT) and a pixel electrode(P). The liquid crystal display panel includes the first and second horizontal lines(HL1,HL2) which are alternately arranged in the case of dot inversion. A parasitic capacitor exists between each data line and each pixel electrode. The parasitic capacitor includes the first and second parasitic capacitors(Cdp1,Ccp2). The first parasitic capacitor is formed by a data line and a pixel electrode located at the left of the data line, and the second parasitic capacitor is formed by the data line and a pixel electrode located at the right of the data line. A pixel electrode forming a parasitic capacitor having relatively large capacitance has a hole(34) to reduce the capacitance of the parasitic capacitor such that the first and second parasitic capacitors have the same capacitance.
