PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of welding by suppressing welding defects. SOLUTION: The welding equipment is provided with a welding torch for subjecting base metals to arcing, a driving-gear for driving the welding torch, and a controller for controlling the operation of the driving-gear and the state of the arcing, in which the controller controls the welding torch so as to allow the welding torch to perform weaving operation at welding points based on welding operation data indicating the operation loci of the welding torch previously stored in a memory section, thereby joining and welding a plurality of the base metals. The controller controls the state of the weaving operation during joining according to the board thicknesses at the welding points of a plurality of the base metals to be joined and welded.
