PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small fluid separation filter and a fluid separation module made to have a high flow rate of a fluid permeating a separation layer and a high mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The fluid separation filter is constituted by having a plurality of fluid partitioning walls 1 having separation layers 6 on one main faces 5a of flat plate-like supports 4 made of a porous ceramic, and arranging respective fluid partitioning walls 1 in parallel in such a manner that their separation layers 6 are set on the opposite to one another to form a main flow channel 3a for passing a fluid between the neighboring layers and that the other main faces 3b of the flat plate-like supports 4 are set on the opposite to one another to form a permeating fluid flow path 3c in which the fluid from the main flow channel 3a flows between the main faces 3b after permeating the separation layers 6 and the flat plate-like supports 4.
