PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service providing system between roadsides and vehicles by which an onboard client device can receive services from a host device on the road even if the onboard client device is not adaptive to the services. SOLUTION: A service host device 1 stores a service sequence for describing services contents and a service client device 6 acquires the service sequence from the service host device 1 via DSRC communication devices 5a and 5b. Via data transmission and reception by communication between the service host device 1 and the service client device 6 on the basis of the service sequence, the service sequence is performed serially by sequence step performing means 4 and 10.
