PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, when deficiency occurs during computer automation control, in the case an operator immediately grasps equipment state constituting a related plant, a target automation logic display screen need be displayed within a sub-screen, preoperative conditions need be sought and be displayed and it takes much operation and time. SOLUTION: The display control device for automation control has a function of displaying a logic figure of the automation control corresponding to the deficiency while being superimposed upon an automation control display when the deficiency occurs in the automation control in the display control device for the automation control having a function of displaying the automation control display for indicating contents of the automation control of an object to be controlled on the display device. When the deficiency related to automation control operation occurs, the operability of the screen display is improved by allowing the logic screen together with the automation control display screen to be displayed on a single CRT display device.
