PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device which is reduced in size and weight in simple constitution, and transports a work at a higher speed than the conventional loading device without impairing the positioning accuracy of a work. SOLUTION: A loading arm has a first arm 121 provided on a base 110 of the loading device to freely move forward and backward and a second arm 122 provided on the first arm 121 to freely move forward and backward. The first arm 121 is provided with a pair of pulleys 141, 142 disposed in the same direction as the forward and backward moving direction of the first arm 121 to freely rotate. A belt 133 is stretched between the paired pulleys, one side of the belt 133 is connected to the base 110, the other side of the belt 133 is connected to the second arm 122, and the base is provided with a driver 150 for moving forward and backward the first arm 121 or the second arm 122.
