PURPOSE: A cooling fan for a motor is provided to improve a cooling efficiency by cooling easily heat generated when operating the motor. CONSTITUTION: A cooling fan(150) for a motor comprises a bushing(151) communicated with a rotating axis, a rotating plate(152) formed on a cylindrical surface of the bushing and having a predetermined expanding diameter, and a plurality of blades(153) formed on a lateral surface of the rotating plate. The blades include a step part(155) having a different height within a predetermined diameter from the center portion.
