PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a neovascularization-inducing agent comprising fibrin which is safe for living bodies, has good adhesiveness to the living bodies, and is administered into organs or tissues for neovascularization.

SOLUTION: This neovascularization-inducing agent which can be administered into a living body to safely induce the neovascularization and thereby regenerate the functions of living body tissues and organs which have functional disorders or are dyfunctioned is characterized by comprising the fibrin.
